This one went through quite a few tweaks. Besides the obvious layout changes and updated, simplified armour on Kylie (goodbye inconsistent sapphires on the shoes lol) the biggest change for me was panel four on this strip, which is where - in the original one - Cain goes all blue and spooky to 'intimidate' Kylie into considering helping him out. It was funny at the time I did it but now that Cain's character has become more solid for me as a writer, it feels out of place - hence, I played it out in more of Cain's 'I-know-you're-thinking-something-rude-about-me' intuition that he displays throughout the later strips. I feel that I'm 'cheating' somewhat to change this so I do apologise for it, but I guess since I'm redrawing it, I might as well do something about character consistency was well when I can. (You may not know this, but I made up SF as I went along back when I drew the first chapter and let the characters find themselves over time - hence the shaky characterisation.)

Second major change was in the minor dialogue tweaks - namely, Kylie's thinking process. It was actually kind of illogical in the old version now that I look at it again, whoops. So yeah, cleaned up the thinking clutter there to make it more logical.

Besides these changes though, this redrawn strip is pretty close to the original~ This is the original strip!
