Description
Name: NSS My Darkest Hour
Age: 2 years old
Gender: Mare
Breed: Thoroughbred
Racing Record: 0-0-0-0
Jockey: Jasmine Yew
Race: Rosebud Maiden
Event Link: Winter Season Races
---
There is always a first for everything and today was young Missy's first race. The 2 year old snorted softly and pawed the earth as she halted when asked. Jasmine sighed softly, glancing around she then continued forward at a trot to the post parade. The two trotted around a bit before loading into the gates. Missy whinnied loudly and tossed her head, snorting, Jasmine leaned over and held on tight just in case. As soon as the gates opened, Missy bolted right out and took off like a bat outta hell. Jasmine pulled back, not wanting the young filly to burn out before the end. Jasmine soon found her place in the pack, near the front and as the last turn came, she gave the reins to the filly.
