They were dead anyway, right?

    Oh-ho-ho, I can finally post it. This art layed in store for so long, that I managed to lose it on the computer (or maybe removed all the original files, don't know, truly, how), but, thank God, a copy of the picture was on imgure and preserved. Otherwise, it would be a disaster. I myself wanted to paint something similar, but there always were something more interesting or important, and here I was approached by the chief editor (to be honest, I don’t know who he is for translators’s team), and asked me to draw a picture. He particularly didn’t specify what kind, but I did not care. I had the idea that he liked too. The picture were drawn, but unpleasant aftertaste remains.

    So, the "Horizons", what can I say about this ... this writings. I didn’t ever read more idiotic story than this fanfic. I'll try briefly describe why this opus is bullshit. I did my best to do it by two words, but failed. Well let's go.

    1) Graphomania. Here everything is clear, graphomania - is always bad.

    2) The story reminds worn-out record, where the "heroes" just only whining, suffering, and effort, occasionally taking breaks to some external actions. And these moments is much less in comparison to the suffering and efforts. Although some of them are memorable, but this does not change the overall sad picture. Five minutes to take a breath, and again in sadness, ashes, and hopelessness.

      3) The main character is stupid and predictable, and doesn’t have anything that would cause interest.  During all the fanfic she "overcomes", suffers, and whines. Whines and whines. And by the end of history, the BLJCK even get psychosis. It looks more like a monk's chant: "I have to, I owe, I shit, I must suffer, I-I-I ...". Fanaticism has reached its climax, and the murder of each counter-cross, even a raider, makes her a wild stream of self-flagellation. Great development of main character, especially, given that, in the early history she, in general, didn’t care who, how, where and in what quantities she kill.

    4) Blunt imposition of compassion to "heroes" cause abhorrent. Somber made up a team that buried in their snots and revels in own overcomes. "Heroes" themselves don’t cause any sympathy. Even before meeting each other they all suffered about equally, but then they found each other and began to suffer together. And their finals in most are similar. All had a tragic past, and almost all will die tragically. Yes, it's a feature "Horizons" - as soon as a certain character ceases to be tragic, and becomes more or less adequate, or at least not so tragic, it kills some very dramatic way.

    5) The level of depravity. I'm not a paladin, and I would be deeply do not care, but that's not. If the original was present direct clop-chapter that have not caused any impressions to me(chapter itself don’t required reading, and may be simply skiped), the "Horizons"  through all of its (approximately) one and half a million words constantly poked us in face by some sort of opprobriousness, that there is no way to miss. It starts from the very first chapters: the hints of lesbian equine orgies, the very "right" opinion about some character’s rump. This is a truth paradise for cloper - here you references and traditional sex, and gay porn, BDSM, rape, group sex! What is really there, Somber did not hesitate, even child pornography. Well, what a trifle? And from all this garbage, and its amount, frankly, became sickening and disgusting.

    6) And the most disgusting is the author's attempt to put his "creation" above the original. The main character is Mary Sue, who will blankly overcome all the difficulties ahead. Opponents of MC is same Mary Sue, the owners of super-strength, nothing kills assholes - Deus, Steel Rain, leader of zebras (forgot his name), Eater, and so on. What was there in the original? Some Red Eye? Some Goddess? Compared with what is happening in the "Horizons", the antagonists of the original FoE - harmless kittens, and Litlpip itself just an empty space. At the end of it Somber does not hesitate to say that the original FoE is no more than a prelude to what will happen in his fanfic. And you know what the most funny thing is? The fact that main antagonist have no motivation. And most villains in fanfic, except perhaps three, do not have it either. Usually, they just want to kill everyone, without purpose and justification. Such an omnipotent bags, which should serve as a target for BLJCK and her "overcomes". In the original, someone wanted build a new world at the expense of slavery, someone else wanted unity, and someone wanted to cut off from the earth. Here I see a flat motivation to pony with one gyrus - kill all, because he is too old, or destroy the world because it is a large space asshole. How to get at least some feelings to these "characters"? I don’t know

    7) The plot. It is, sorry, fucking shit. He shamelessly tightened, for the reason that somewhere in the 16th chapter, it already ran out of gas. Then darkness: starting with the 20th chapter, I do not remember almost anything, but repetitive tasks, with little logic and the basic idea of fanfic - some project horizons. I woke up about chapter 60th, where began some "Star Wars" and BLJCK, once again, or dies, or not dies - but some movement started. At this moment I completely convinced that the "Horizons" is some stupid and second-rate anime like "Naruto" - 100500 series and the same seasons, anime, which has no end. By the 60th chapter about project horizons we know the same as at the time of the head of the 20th. Now you see how dynamic plot is? No, something certainly were told to us, but it could have been made by about 10 chapters, not horseradish understand how much. History of " Mackintosh’s Marauders " initially caused interest, but almost immediately begins to cause retching, because again, snotty, simulated drama. By the way, temper of the most "heroes" begin to open at the chapter about 40th. Somewhere about this chapter Kkat have already write final. That's the way.

    As a result, we got a mountain of text, with goofy characters, faceless antagonists, ragged and lengthy story with constant emendation of the original for absolutely everything. I will not deny that there is bright moments in fanfic(for up to 16 of chapter read with interest), but they are hopelessly drowning under the huge pressure of his cons. That is my opinion, and it’s your case agree with it or not.
