Itty Bitty Dragon!!
On a lark, I decided to print one of my designs very small, so it's only about 3 inches from wing-tip to wing-tip. It's super itty-bitty and super adorable!! The best part is that printing it at such a small size dropped the print-time from over 12 hours for a full-sized print to just around 3 hours, which is the perfect amount of time for me to get distracted doing other stuff while it prints XD

I took a few photos of it: one in my palm, one in my palm with my hamster (a Chinese Dwarf Hamster, if you wanted to know) and another on my alter with a 3-inch stone egg. Little dragon really liked perching on that egg for sure.

If you guys like my 3D prints you'll be glad to know that I'm working out a spread-sheet explaining the prices for all my models. I'll hopefully be rolling out with that in the next few weeks, depending on how my schedule works out.
Windy Shores
The wolf sits along windy shores, breathing in the warm air of ever-nearing spring.

Just a fun shot of my most recent doll, a female wolf. The weather in my area was very nice, so I was able to take her out on a photo shoot.

Standing a tad over 9 inches tall, she's one of my best dolls to-date as her hands are entirely posable, she has the most detailed face, and her costume is hand-made. I'm in the process of 3D printing her a longbow and a quiver of arrows, and I'll be making a few more accessories to go along with her.

She was needle felted over a wire armature and foam core, meaning she's gently posable, can hold most poses, and can even stand on her own if she's on even ground indoors. She has wires in her ears so they are posable, and she has a full wire armature in both hands so they are totally posable, as well.

If you'd like a needle felt doll of your own, you can drop me a PM or check out information on Etsy.
Aurora Borealis Snowflake Dragon
I'm getting a little obsessed with the snowflake dragons, mostly because they're so much fun to make! After making the Peppermint Snowflake Dragon, I decided to try my hand with something inspired by a more natural winter theme: the Northern Lights!

Complete with glowing green markings and shimmering blue Swarovski crystal eyes, this little beauty is definitely one of my favorites (just don't tell all the others that!)

If you'd like to see more pictures, or even adopt it, you can check it out on my Etsy page!
Peppermint Snowflake Dragon
I'm still on a major 3D kick, and since I've got a holiday sale coming up I decided to make some dragon ornaments!

This adorable little guy stands only about 3 inches tall, it if you count his snowflake neck ridges he reaches nearly 4 inches! The model was 3D printed, painted, given real Swarovski crystals for eyes, and then I used my 3D pen to draw each snowflake.

If you'd like one of your own, just drop me a note!
3D Printed Werewolf
I couldn't leave my 3D print alone and just had to take it a step further and paint him!

So here's the final version of (one of) my 3D printed werewolves - although I'm sure that I'll be printing and painting many more to come!

For those interested in all the technical stuff:

He was initially sculpted in Sculptris, then pulled into InstaMesh to make the model a little easier for the printing program to manage. After that I pulled him into Blender to refine details such as the fur and textures, as well as to make sure he was stable for printing. He was printed on a MakerBot Replicator 2, on a low quality with only about .3mm of detail and 50% infill, but with 2 shells so that the sanding process wouldn't wear down all of the details I spent so much time on. The print itself took about 3 hours, which felt like an eternity!

He's about 4 1/2 inches tall, and almost just as long from the tip of his toes to the tip of his tail. I'm pretty proud of how his face turned out, especially considering how much time I spent on modeling each of his individual teeth (which was later destroyed by InstaMesh - but sometimes you have to learn to cut your losses.)

After that, I sanded him down - mostly sanding the areas where the supports connected to the model. After sanding, I primed him, then painted him, which was especially fun because it gave me a chance to bring back some of the details of his mouth and face.

And after that I stared for him for a few hours, basking in his toothy glory!

Want one of your own? I'd be happy to make one! Just shoot me a PM and we can discuss details :)

I'm a sculptor and doll-maker living and working in Ohio. I primarily work in needle felting and mixed-media, occasionally venturing into painting, making pottery, sewing, knitting, weaving, and writing (because life would get boring if I focus on just one media.)

I work at Decoy Art Studio as the Master Sidekick, and I sometimes help our Kiln Master in the clay lab. I absolutely love my job, and if you're ever in the area you should come visit us!

Sometimes I model and act, mostly as a hobby.

I have a bunch of crazy pets; a cat, a leopard gecko, two rats (that I hand-raised from one week old), and two ferrets. We all make one crazy little family.

I hope you enjoy my art, and feel free to drop me a note if you have any questions!
In my patented fashion I've been keeping myself insanely busy, but that doesn't mean I haven't been able to make time for art! I've been painting, sculpting, needle felting, and even 3D printing my little heart out - so I've uploaded a couple new submissions for you guys to see.

I recently got a second job at Proto BuildBar - which is the first of its kind in the world: basically picture one part coffee shop, one part bar, and one part fab-lab and you've got the general idea behind Proto. What's really nice is that it's given me access to a slew of 3D printers to play with, so obviously I've been taking advantage of that opportunity every time I get the chance.

I'm still working at Decoy Art Studio, and we're gearing up for a very busy holiday season full of fun and creativity - and it's always so wonderful to see all of the amazing artwork our customers make.

So, I hope you guys like what you see, and I'll be uploading more work as I get time :3

Your needle felting = perfection. Teach me your ways, wise one!

Also pay no mind to that asshole you posted about on tumblr. Theyre obvobviously ignorant and arrogant.

Thank you so much dear! I would love to teach anyone and everyone about my craft and art - if you have any questions about a particular medium, process, or piece please let me know and I'll explain it to the best of my abilities!

I would eventually like to make tutorials, but first I have to figure out what my watchers want to learn ;)

As for the commenter: I'm mostly just flattered! I like living the "genderfuck" life, and if somebody mislabels me it honestly just makes me proud that I'm pulling it off! I feel sorry for them, that they have so much time to waste and so few friends that they feel it appropriate to attempt to insult random people on DA. If I had that much free time, I'd be spending it all with my friends!
