The first entry into the new series of Oracle's Adversary Files! This is a prototype which may replace the GCPD Files, so give me your feedback. Of course, regardless of whether this series continues or not, the Arkham Files and Oracle Files will continue.

How is Fries surviving without his suit? Is it something in the collar?

On Earth-27,he can survive in room temperature for short periods of time.
He is clearly uncomfortable, as evidenced by the sweat and expression.
He is basically suffering from heat exhaustion.

Wouldn't it show that Nora is suffering from a rare neurological disorder known as Huntington's Chorea? It shows in one of the comics and Batman: Arkham Origins. That sound's a lot more accurate than MacGregor's Syndrome.

In Earth-27, Huntington's Chorea and MacGregor's Syndrome are essentially the same thing.

Again, you are citing Arrowverse lore in E27 where that has little to no standing unless I believe otherwise. E27 is created by pulling from ALL DC related media.
Chorea is what is in the comics. MacGreggor's is what it is in other areas.
In Arrowverse it might be something else or it may be the same. Just ad it is common among drug users does not mean it is only found in drug users. My uncle died on lung cancer and never smoked a single cigarette.

Oh...:( (Sad)  I'm sorry.

Oh. That sounds strange because from what I heard from the Arrow TV series, MacGregor's Syndrome is actually a lung disorder.

It was on an episode of the Flash... but before that it was the condition of Nora Fries in Batman & Robin.

Lol there's a whole bunch of versions of Nora's condition. There's lung, neurological, and a "unknown form of cancer." It's not known, but the two sources that reveals the true name of the illness lurks within Arkham Origins and a Dark Knight: Snow comic. So in conclusion, Huntington's Chorea.

K. personally, i actually enjoy "Batman & Robin" (in a "so ridiculous it's entertaining" kind of way

Yeah, much as I love the GCPD, they wouldn't really know enough about Gotham's freaks to write files that cover everything. The city's various crime families is a different matter...

Who said it was the GCPD doing this? Oracle's writing every word of this data.

I know. Originally Roy was doing something GCPD files on the villains, before he decided to do them as Oracle files. I am stating that I prefer them this way, with Babs writing them, to his original intention, with an unknown GCPD profiler, who won't know them as well as the Bat-Family.

And of course we start with a tragic villain, excellent work and the vox box is very interesting. Good show.

Oh, now that's interesting. Two of the nuttiest men of science in both Gotham and Metropolis in cahoots.

Always nice to see the stoic, messiah-wannabe overlord of Arkham City show his more cowardly, desperate side.  I also enjoy consistency, so this format has my vote.

One slight, little nitpick.  When you updated Red Hood's, Tim Drake's and Cassandra Batgirl's Oracle files, something pushed down the text in the Vox Boxes.  Just wanted to let you know.

Once again, beautiful work.

I noticed that problem late in my updating. I was sure it happened but I have so many uploads to go through, thanks for pointing those out to me.

No problem.

Those problems should be fixed. Let me know if you spot anything else. Apparently there's a glitch in the font I used that is only happening when I switch between computers.
