Of course everyone votes for $1.50. You deserve WAY more than that though! People: don't vote based on the cheapest option or what you personally can afford. Vote based on how much you think the art and designs are worth.

Actually what people can afford is also something I need to take into consideration to max out sales and make more people happy with how they spend their points

But I do understand why you'd think that, it seems the majority of the votes think they should be higher than that so I'm thinking about maybe 300-500 based on complexity so yeah

Hopefully by the time I open my commissions again I'll be able to make an actual cash profit out of my art and that's an exciting thought

It really depends on your market plus supply and demand. I would say 1000 points is pesant pay in an artist's world as there is no way you would take >$10 for a piece of art you probably spent 5 hours on. Pixel art is the thing artists do now so supply is high however demand is high. unfortunately demand is mostly cheapskate low-ballers. Do 500-600 points or get a paypal and charge $15-$20 per piece and prioritise it! Good luck.

Man I wish I could be making 1000 points per commission that would help me out so much but my art just isn't that sought out after yet ;;

I usually base mine around design complexity and a little on time taken.

If i spent a while and it was really complex, the price would be higher, and if it didn't take long and was simple, it'd be less.

Dude way more than 150. More like 400 or more. Why is everyone voting so low?

It might be because of how much everyone can afford, which is also something to consider

Sure I would rather price my art a lot higher, but if no one can afford it then I don't earn as much

M yeah... But your art is worth more than that... But if that's all people can afford, then I guess that's what they vote.
