Colored Lines VS Dark Lines

Test by royalraptors Colored (keep in mind I worked harder on shading on this drawing so the overall effect looks better, but just look at the lines)

It really depends. I use coloured lines to make some contrast go more loose. I use them for yellow tones, pastels and often the eyes. Coloured lines make the colours come out better and make it look more realistic and smoother.

But dark lines give a high contrast and are especially good for dark colours or if you need more difference between the shades you used. I use them for my flash game, because it looks sharper.
