Traitor's Face - Chapter 63
The Mud Man
General Fong couldn't help but wonder at the strange destiny guiding his life.
He had begun his adulthood by joining the Earth Kingdom's army as a grunt, fighting for to save his homeland, and rose up over the years to become one of its most prominent military leaders. And now the war that had defined his entire adult life was lost, and he was assassinating the Earth King to steal control of the remaining resistance. And she was truly the Earth King. Whether the Bei Fong clan (no relation to Fong himself) was truly kin to the Royal Line was immaterial; she'd been awarded the title by the people with the authority to give it. And so the orders that Fong had given out this evening were treason.
But if there was one constant to his life, it was that he did what was necessary for his country and the soldiers under his command.
He paced in his command tent. The troops were ready to move, or as ready as they could be without tipping off the rest of the settlement that he w
Traitor's Face - Chapter 62
The Rule of the Earth King
The covered wagon shuddered as it rolled over the rocky ground, and Zuko struggled to keep from spilling any stew from either the bowl or the spoon in his hands. He was sure that Azula would call it a metaphor for the balancing act his life had become, if she were still capable of speaking. Or annoying him.
The cart rolled to a stop for a moment, and Zuko seized the opportunity to bring the spoon to Azula's mouth and press it against her lips.
She didn't look at him. She just sat against the back wall of the wagon staring into space, alone in a world only she could perceive. Not that there was much to see in the little compartment, but she hadn't shown any awareness or reaction to their escape from the Capital, the journey across the ocean, or the trip across the Colonial Continent.
But she did part her lips and eat from the spoon.
Zuko scraped up the last of the stew for one more spoonful, and Azula took that as well. And so another meal came to an en
Why Sokkla can work
Lets Say Azula joined team Avatar.
Either as a new reformed good gal or just using them Sokka and her would make a interesting match. we all know Zuko is the one with the pride problem But Azula has been praised her whole life since child hood, and feared long after. Sokka actually had opposite life always underestimated and laugh at even when he is not trying to be funny.
If Sokka aimed his Sarcasm and jokes at Azula it can really give Azula new experience in humility I mean she can't kill him with every one looking or the fact she joined the side of good. Azula relies heavily on fear to get what she needs but with Sokka even if get scared he will just keep going like in the drill episode he was giving Katara the cheer we can do it while she and Aang were doing all the work she gave him a threat to use the water she was bending to cut the drill on him then he said I mean you can do. Then a little later Katara fills the the drill preasure with its waste then Sokka goes back to chearing
The Other One, Part 2
It never failed: disasters, even the life-threatening kind, stopped being fun the very moment that parents found out about them.
Zuko and The Other One had been making their great (...all right, maybe it was just 'moderately accomplished') escape, crawling along through the cramped ash/oil/exhaust ventilation tunnel with their foreheads pressed together. The Other One's breath had splashed against his skin with her every exhalation, and he was trying to identity the sweet scent (fruit of some kind, maybe a sugar tart?) when she suddenly dropped out sight.
And then he had heard Father's voice. She was out there with Father.
All of the things that had happened throughout the day came crushing down on Zuko with the weight of the Fire Nation's glorious destiny to rule the world. He and The Other One had cut a line along the whole bottom third of the palace's tower! They had broken a hole in the roof of the Throne Room! They had somehow (Zuko wasn't sure he

Warning, there is some minor coarse language in the following
Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale and release!
Thunk. Thunk. Thunk. Thunk. Thunk. Five perfect throws, five knives glinting in the light of the full moon as they sailed through the air. Each one hitting the exact mark that Mai Satomi had intended for them to hit. If by chance they hit somewhere else then the weapon master had meant for them to hit there, rather then where the rest of her deadly instruments had struck home.
The continuous thunking and thwacking of knives against wood was therapeutic for her. It helped to release the built up stress of the day and it kept her mind off of a certain someone. Her attraction to this individual weighed heavily on her mind. The last of her easier to reach weapons had been thrown when thoughts of this individual sta

"Oh very well, since I have nothing better to do. It all started on a cold windy day."
It all started on a cold windy day. The sun was slowly sinking over the horizon. A small group of men stood knee deep in the snow of the of the South Pole.
"Are you sure it's here? I'm f-f-f-freezing!" the skinniest one said, while rubbing his arms trying to keep warm.
His captain turned to him and smiled. "Oh, it's here. The map said so."
"But C-C-Captain, they say it's been lost for over 10,000 years!" the man pleaded.
The captain stopped and checked his map one more time before looking up towards a small mountain of ice.
Once they found the entrance to a cave they slowly went into the mountain of ice. As they journeyed deeper, the air got colder, and heavier. Using torches to light their way, they slowly made it into the center of the mountain, where a large cavern greeted them.
And there it was.

"I cannot believe I agreed to this." Azula moaned, dropping her head into her palm.
"Well, you never did strike me as, how can I put this, a wuss. Can't chicken out now." Suki mocked, playfully winking at her.
"Oh believe me it's not that I'm afraid, but I can't stand the idea of sitting on a tuff of hay while more than half the people around me piss themselves. I mean it's not called a "Haunted Hayride" for nothing, if you're gonna pee yourself in fear, don't go, and save everyone the trouble." She said between her hands.
"I'll be sure to pee right on you then, Az." Katara joked, as she scanned her vanity finding just the right mascara.
Azula grunted, rolling over on Katara's bed as the girls around her got ready. "What are you even putting makeup on for. It's going to be dark." Azula asked through Katara's pillow.
"Are boyfriends are gonna be there." Toph mocked fixing

"Who the hell is she and how did she get here?"
"Miss Bookworm doesn't know something, stop the presses." was the smart alecky response from the more courageous one of the group gathered around the incapacitated girl.
"Very funny, G.I Jane. Can we please focus more on finding out who she is?" snapped the Bookworm.
Heaving a sigh and rolling her eyes G.I Jane spoke, "I guess but does it really matter who she is? I'm more interested in knowing how she got here."
"You do have a point. As far as I know 'It' hasn't disappeared. Or it has and she didn't want to worry us by saying anything, until she managed to recover it." mused the Bookworm more to herself then the others.
"Well whoever she is, she sure does know how to have a good time." spoke a chipper voice that sent chills down the spines of everyone gathered.
"Are you incapable of thinking about other things besides having fun and prancing around l
