salad days--the homunculus

just my OC for tyshea's salad days story.

a freshman at wormwood high school

he's a homunculus who was created in a womens attempt to resurrect her daughter. though he considers her his mother, she insists that he is her daughter, hence his name. Roxan (rox-en). his name is dangerously close to his deceased "sister's" name, roxanne. His mother named him roxanne, of course, and he's very sensitive about it., so he came up with the name roxan himself. His "father" considers him an abomination and he doesnt get along with his mother, since she won't see him as himself and instead see's him as his sister.

Since he is an artificial human, he was born in his current state with no experience in life, making him a bit socially awkward. this sometimes leads to him being too blunt, such as being completely honest to women when they ask him if they look fat. however, he is working on it and sometimes has random spurts of emotion. Also, he doesn't have many issues with other students, except for theo the minotaur [link] who loves to pick on him for his name

he doesn't get along with many people due to the aforementioned issue, but he remains close friends with Red,

whom he believes is the only one who understands him and see's him as a brother. Red is the only person in the school who honestly doesnt take Roxan's unintentional insults to heart.

At first glance, he looks like an ordinary guy, but he has mysterious marking on various parts of his body, which he tries to hide as much as possible. he also has two colored hair, which is because he has bits of his sisters DNA in him, showing her black colored hair. he loves fashion and sometimes tells people exactly what he thinks of their outfits.

UPDATE: due to an alarming amount of notes about roxans sexuality/gender thing, ive decided to go with you guys in saying he is kinda bisexual when his sisters DNA kicks in. thanks for everyones in put in making such a decision XD
