Pocket Monstober! 2021 -- Day 24

Okay, we now have seven days left until this challenge comes to a closure. Meanwhile for today's Pokémon on the twenty-fourth day, the Pokémon Visual Companion book gave me a suggestion on this high-flying sky forme for a grass/flying-type that's from the Sinnoh Region. So, I personally wanted to draw this Pokémon in honour of Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl coming to Nintendo Switch, and I know that Dawn would look so brilliant in her chibi forme.
