Pocket Monstober! 2021 -- Day 15

This brings all of us Pokémon fans and trainers to one of the members of my Pokémon team for the fifteenth day today, because it definitely knows how you can capture anything on a blank canvas. As a matter of fact, it's considered to be my second favourite Pokémon that I just wanted to draw for the past four years, and I personally like how its tail acts like a paintbrush.
