Description

So far, I personally am eight not-so-crazy days of drawing Pokémon, and twenty-two days to go, but I won't stop until the 31st of October. Now, I have decided to pick yet another random Pokémon, and I have used Google to help me find one; I have noticed that this is a hybrid-like Pokémon that crossed with a weasel and a sea otter, and it's definitely a water-type from the Sinnoh region.
