I had to draw two electric-type Pokémon in one picture for the seventh day, because I have noticed that I've learned opposites in Elementary school and that one episode of Blue's Clues. And yes, each of them are exclusive that are for NTSC-U/C, PAL, and NTSC-J regions, but only if you have a physical copy in your region. So, I give all of you BOTH Minun and Plusle.
