Character ATC: Sailor Venus (18/01/2020)

This is an ATC that I worked on all day in nickcaponi's Saturday class in the Kubert School, which happens to be in the beginning of 2020 before the scientists infected the United States and England with COVID-19. So, I personally wanted to draw Sailor Venus,, my all-time favourite Sailor Scout right after Sailor Mercury, in my art style while I listened to Future Funk/Sailorwave music.
