I don't know wheter the character "Miss World" is also known in other countries. Originally, it's an allegory in literature to describe the world's material temptation and all the bad it beholds. So in Art she's a beautiful woman but her back is crowded with vermin and abscesses. I tried to turn the motif into a more modern version and did it as paper cut!
