I have been doing artwork and writing for about 5 years now and have found that in doing so that my experiences and injuries from my deployments to Iraq were minimalized when I was refocused on doing Art/writing. So a little longer after that I went to school and started taking art/writing more seriously. I really want to spread awareness of PTSD/TBI related injuries to others and bring down the number of veterans who commit suicide. I also help others by showing many who deal with PTSD/TBI/ST related injuries that using Art as a refocusing tool is very helpful in maintaining a healthy new normal. Outside of that I do Blank sketch cover commissions at comic cons throughout Texas currently to help promote PTSD/TBI awareness.
