How do you put your comic pages together?

Krita mostly! Also a bit of Photoshop for small details here and there

I've been looking into how to make comics like this for a while myself and feel that I need a guide on things like page size, panel size, font, speech balloons and the like. Perhaps you know some good tutorials or would be willing to share your experience over notes or email?
