We haven't spoken much, but you may know me as "Glare," I've been handling some of the more recent classes of recruits as of late. I'm contacting you with regards to a particular recruit. Rainbow hasn't been kind to its recruits; many of the senior members have given the impression that there's an elitist mindset and I feel, while most of the men and women coming into our ranks can handle this, there's a disconnect that will effect unit cohesion. The recruit in question has already expressed this on more than one occasion, but lately he hasn't been speaking much to anyone after Operation Switchback. I fear he's in a dark place, and if things continue as they are, I'm afraid we'll lose him for good...
