There are big chages coming soon! I know I have been really quite recently, so I figured I should spread the news and plans...- First Big News: I'm getting married and going to have a kid! This is going to put me behind on my comic projects but I plan to get caught up soon. Along with the marriage comes moving to the States for a while. Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Several things have come up that put work on hold.
Now that I am back to work I would love to take this project on but right now I have 3 projects on my desk that are in work including Okashina Futari.
Right now I am working on a project that will be going up on a site. After which the Okashina Futari manga is back on the top of the list followed by Twisted Fate.

Well let me hope that you can make that metamaro fight manga while your making other "mashiros" manga okay? and by the way is it okay that i can ask mashiro to make a story with a different type of TG (or in japanese TSF) i thought of called a "clone TG" where a protagonist will split himself into two his male normal self and his female self.
I do not know if Mashiro-sama is accepting story pitches. I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask long as you can get a translator for your message.
When pitching an idea, you should think it out explaining as much as you can. In Japanese culture, business dealings, such as pitching a a story, are done a little differently then in America. The Japanese like thouroghness and want everything completely thought out.
With that said, I would suggest coming up with a basic solid plot line, ideas for the characters, and ideas locations.
Also besure to 'introduce yourself' first.
