Experience: I have a degree in Industrial and Commercial Photography (1984). Familiar with all format cameras, darkroom techniques, films, developers and processes. This included product, fashion, still life, catalog, aesthetic, magazine, portraiture, album covers, slides shows, negative and print touch up and the list goes on, both studio and onsite work.
Favorite Equipment: 4x5 View camera with 90mm and 210mm Schneider Lens.
Most Fun Equipment: A Pinhole camera I made out of an oatmeal box and my first camera given to me in 1955, a very simple Brownie with a crack in it.
I retired a few years ago from civil service and purchased my first digital camera and was hooked.
I am 69, single and my 7 children are all grown reproducing on their own and busy with their lives. Meeting so many artists from all over the world is exciting. Many of my friends here are artists in many media. Watching their art helps me to learn and appreciate their efforts. Many of which are not much different than mine. Maybe that is the common thread with us all.
I TRY TO EXHIBIT AND DISPLAY MY FRIENDS AND WATCHERS WORK. THEIR SUCCESS IS IMPORTANT TO ME, SO PLEASE TAKE A STROLL THROUGH MY COLLECTIONS, COMMENT AND FAVOR THEIR WORK IF THE SPIRIT MOVES YOU.
IF YOU KNOW OF AN ARTIST WHO NEEDS SOME EXPOSURE, JUST LEAVE A MESSAGE OR A NOTE.
IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW I CAN IMPROVE YOUR VISIT, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE.
THANK YOU FOR FAVORITES, COMMENTS, LLAMAS, CONVERSATION AND ESPECIALLY FRIENDSHIP.
