Femcroft gun

This should go in scraps... but no one looks in scraps. And if I want help with this stuff, and I know it's bad, I gotta put it in a place where people will see it.
Anyway, here's Femcroft, the gender-bended version of Mycroft. She's wearing some sort of Lara Croft outfut under Russian boots, coat & hat. Because Russian gear kicks.
The hands and gun are horrible. Any help? Any other suggestions?

For quick help on hands, check out [link]. He has some good tutorials on there.
As for help on guns, the only thing I can say is to get a reference photo for what ever gun you plan on using and copy from that.

Thanks for the link! I do need some reference pictures and such, didn't have them in class.
I would also recommend the How to Draw Manga series that you can find pretty much anywhere. Some great tips there.
