USS Wanderer NCC-1512

Wayfarer Class

This design, as I mentioned in the previous prototype pic, was inspired my a model I saw at Starship Modeler.

It also owes some of its lines to early prototype drawings by Matt Jefferies, who designed the original Enterprise.

This one was built from the Polar Lights USS Enterprise and Klingon Battle Cruiser models in 1/1000 scale.
Seams were filled with both styrene, and putty.
Marking are a combination of kit markings, custom ones adapted from a different decal sheet, and hand drawn deflector grid on the klingon hull.
