Vista Clock Alarm Edition by rodfdez Vista Clock Alarm Edition by rodfdez
Decided to get rid of the date display (it being too small) that my previous Vista Clock had and substituted it with an alarm manager, modeled after the world clock found at [link]

The clock also has a world clock feature to display the name and time of mayor cities around the world and an option for a skinned frame, "gold".

Remember to change the extension of the file from .zip to .widget to open it with Yahoo Widgets.

Enjoy!

it looks and works great :+fav:

maybe in a later release you can add a option to hide the location text on the clock itself.

An option if you don't want the city names is my other Clock at [link]

No alarm manager though...

fantastic, love it thanks. Love how you've alpha blended the face, it's better than the one i used to have where I just set the master opacity to aroun 70%, now i have a fully opaque rim! lol oops that sounds a bit dodgy! ;p

looks good, however my clock is stuck set to display Denver time, and I can't figure out how to change it :(

I tried clicking on the "i" and pressing the up/down arrows, but nothing worked.

Click the "i" button, like you said and to change the time zone, first you have to select the continent, even if it is still set in north america, which I think is what's going on in your case, once done this, you select the city or mayor city close to your own in the window that appears next and you are done.

Thanks, for the comment and sorry for the delay in the reply.

I personally liked the date, even if it was too small. I got used to it and now miss it. Please consider a comeback of ye old date! But you did great work, without question.

You are doing good with this but I would like to see vista images instead of dashboard images, and it never hurts to give a little credit where credit is due.

My bad, Ghostwalker, for not giving credit to you here, but did when I posted the clock in the konfabulator site, they should put it out after the thanksgiving weekend.
