OK, so what have we learned since last time?

Our heroes have run out of time...
Vandal has a vicious axe kick...
Nelson found the Assegai sword...
And, oh yeah, Vandal is really ABATTOIR!

What, a triple indentity!?
!
I did not see that coming!

Well, the good thing is the assegai sword is the only weapon known to work against Abattoir!

But can Nelson really use the sword? And will it protect him form Vandals world crushing power?

My DeviantArt watch list is too cluttered, I almost never see most of my close friends' uploads unless I look for them. It's one thing I find archaic about how DA operates...

:icontfablurrplz:  The wait was worth of it and this page made my day! The amount of detail (especially the destruction of the TankStream, Fun Fact: The JetStreams vehicles were created when i rediscovered Action Man ATOM animated series, in that show the heroes´ vehicles would get destroyed on a regular basis over the course of 2 seasons, seeing this makes it the complete honor to them XDDD) and the groupshots here is amazing.

Seeing Nelson holding the Assegai Sword completes the awesomeness of this page, the hype of the previous page paid off. If there was a BGM for the final panel for Nelson should be this www.youtube.com/watch?v=p_0oGX…

ALPHA TEENS!! on something, right?! I'm slightly surprised that I know that.
I wanted Nelson to have his moment because it's important to say power doesn't make the hero, courage does.
Don't worry about the destruction of the TankStream. The Vindicators have the best repair shop in the galaxy.
As always thank you for commenting, your input means a lot.  :)

Alpha Teens on Machines! (you almost got it complete XDD)

I couldn´t be more agree with that message (and i also see it as a bit of continuity nod to my pages since he didn´t any powers to help Steel Serval after the crash caused by Gilead´s shake up )

As for the destroyed TankStream vehicle, Nelson most likely would put it on display detailing the story behind it while making a new version to resume his work with the team.

:icontfablurrplz: You´re welcome!

Awesome! The energy is ridiculous! I can actually hear sound effects and atmosphere music! I love that the Tankstream vehicle got to shine for one glorious and one crushing panel! I also chuckled at all the jokes. Levity in action is classic. You're doing a good job framing the characters which is difficult and also dealing with all the characters. I probably would've taken forever to come up with the compositions of each panel. Anatomy, action, lighting and lettering is all well done. Bravo to a nother great page!

So glad you are still enjoying what I'm trying to do here, it has not been easy.
That car was a real pain! I dont draw cars :|  (did someone say life drawing?) But I felt the payoff storytelling wise was worth it.
I admit to channeling Syndrome a bit when it comes Vandal's somewhat comical attitude. The idea is that he's so sure of himself that everything is a joke. The CRASH sound effect was a risk that I think it works as long as I dont over use it.
Thanks for your thoughtful comments, Gary, it really helps.

AWESOME!  GREAT work as usual, Rod!     Just one small thing I noticed that you may want to fix:  Final panel, first word balloon... I'd add a "you" after the "I see".  :)  Continue to Aspyre!

Thank you for the heads up and the support, Gabe!

The part that hurts is I caught that error!
Yes, I was so proud of myself. 'I caught it myself this time!' I said while patting myself on the back.
And then I used the wrong file :saddummy:

LOL!  I think we've all done that one!  :)  Now though, you have a comma at the end of the sentence instead of a period (or it cut-off a name).  Also, in the next balloon, after "you know what", I'd add a question mark.  And instead of "talked" in the following sentence, I'd use "spoke".   Here's how I'd edit it:

It's the Assegai Sword!  And you know what?  It spoke to me.

:)
