hey, I was going through the Armature and found nothing for the eyelids.
could you please add a parented armature to the eyelids so that they are able to open and close the eye

Why don't the textures show up? I'm just getting a green freddy
Also, you're in solid mode and not material mode, at the bottom of your screen there will be a sphere in a box. click it and choose material mode.

That's because there is an animation. Remove the animation and then render it.
