Thunderkitty

Was focusing on sketches this week mostly, but just to get something done I went back to what I used to do and picked a mon and its dex entry to make something of it. 
(He's probably signaling that his food bowl is empty or something.)
Next week is gonna be something with more effort hopefully. The base colors for the entire picture are established (which is a big chunk) and I'll start with details on sunday or monday. But we'll see what happens, I want to make it a good one. Hope y'all like this one despite it being super simple.
