BG Practice 1: Can You Feel The Cold Tonight

After I finished my art challenge for October, I was like "that's cool n all but, I need to practice backgrounds too".
So..here.
But those will not be a daily thing lol. I'm thinking maybe once a month I'm gonna pick one of the many Bob Ross videos there are and try to follow along.
Decided to go for a winter-y themed one due do it being winter right now. It's pretty interesting how well painting on canvas translated to doing it digitally, and from this first attempt alone I already feel like I learned a bunch.

I can't sadly directly link to the video cause I'm using the VODs on the twitch channel, but, here is that at least: www.twitch.tv/videos/121744707…
(the one I went for comes relatively early).

Hope you like it, and we'll see where this is gonna take me. Am still trying to find my own style after all.
