If guns didn't kill people.

This is a thought I've had for the infamous "guns don't kill people" argument.

Pro-gun advocates are quick to say that "guns don't kill people". However, if that's true, then what DO guns do? Do they turn lights on and off? Do they cool rooms? Do they feed you? Do they help you swim? Do they wake you up in the morning? No. Guns shoot little bits of hot lead (or rock salts) at high speeds. When these are shot at people, the end result is harmful at best, and DEADLY at worst.

Guns have been used in high-level assassinations in the past, including John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., and yes, Abraham Lincoln. If guns didn't kill people, what are the odds they would be used in those events?

Hence, we have this picture, showing that, if guns didn't kill people, John Wilkes Booth's assassination of Abraham Lincoln wouldn't have been successful with the one that he used.

Now, when colouring this, I became aware of mistakes that I made. I don't think John Wilkes Booth wore that colour suit when he shot Lincoln. And I believe the walls outside Abe's balcony were solid white. Same thing for the woman Lincoln's in the balcony with. There are probably others out there more knowledgeable than me on that.
