The Trading Post
08.12.18. Now that the Trading Post has been operating for exactly a month, we'll be making some changes in response to some problems that have arisen since it's introductions. Comments can no longer be edited after a certain amount of time, so we ask that you post ONE strudel per comment, so that you can hide the comments after it has been traded off. Posting multiple in the same comment causes confusion if you cannot hide just one strudel in particular. ALSO if your strudel is not on the masterlist, please post to the Can't find your strudel? entry on the StrudelCupboard (https://www.deviantart.com/strudelcupboard) to help us find any missing babies! We're super quick about updating!

Very sorry I wasn't able to respond quickly to the last batch, ATs are open for a short while but I will be moving soon so it might be subject to some delay, for the same reason I might also not be able to do too many trades qq ATs are accepted based on  -How I like your art style (not necessarily skill related)  -How I feel able to draw your character  -Character designs and how they might inspire me  -Will do anything for good friends This following section is important! Please read this section even if you don't read the others! * Please understand that I do not accept every offer. I accept trades based on "how I need you style f

i really really really want to see more ppl experimenting with their art, esp in the wings of fire fandom (i love u all but please. Please. stop copying realtense) so this is what i'm going to do to encourage that. what is the challenge? draw something out of your comfort zone! if you usually draw w lines, try lineless. if you usually use muted colors, try bright ones. if you usually draw standing poses, do an action pose. throw some cubism in there. go buckwild. genuinely just stretch yourself beyond your comfort zone and what is... well, 'fandom popular'; the ability to diversify your style is a strength, not a hindrance. what are the re

I think everyone else has explained things pretty well but I post things quite frequently and I work in a card shop so I know about the postage sizes, feel free to ask me if you need any more help :)

The Post Office IS the Royal Mail.  1st class takes 1-2 working days to deliver, second class 2 -3 working days.

Are you trying to mail to the UK, or from the UK to somewhere in the UK, or from the UK to another country?

main post office website is here - www.postoffice.co.uk/mail

:)

I have a  few friends who live in the UK, who I send mail to.

1st class stamps tend to be used when you want your post to be sent quicker, whereas 2nd tend to be sent later.

If you are send a rather large package, and can't go to the post office, you'll need to put a couple of stamps on the package, as the stamps will pay for the weight of the package. However you can also go to the post office, where you pay around £0.50p - £6.00 depending on the size and weight, and they'll put the correct stamp on for you.

Royal mail is the delivery service in the UK for letters and small parcels. Larger parcels are sent via parcelforce.
The post office is where you go to buy stamps/pay telephone bills/send overseas packages etc.

You can buy and print the exact postage from the Royal mail website - www.royalmail.com/

No difference between royal mail and post offices. Royal Mail is the company that runs the postal service, and post offices are where you go to send letters/weigh packages before you send them and things like that.

First class are supposed to arrive one working day after you send it, dependent on where it is sent from- but this rarely happens in my experience.

Second class can take 3-4 working days to arrive, but it's cheaper.

Love that Boris Johnson you have flying around there haha!

First class and second class are the same as what :icondiedott: mentioned and there isn't any difference between the Post Office and the Royal Mail ;) Royal Mail are just the company that own the post offices ;) hope that helps :)

The difference between 1st class and 2nd class stamps is that first class get to the designated address faster than 2nd class! :D
Not sure if there's a difference between Post office or Royal Mail though :o
