My artisanal whole wheat sourdough loaf came out really emo.

Used the classic Tartine country sourdough recipe
3-day rise.

Taste: amazing

I misinterpret the bread as something else on the thumbnail.

At least someone is left that can cook or knows how to eat something rather than the greasy disease causing fast food trash they pedal on america. I wish I could buy good bread somewhere in south florida but it just isn't available.

Everything causes disease. Also I've known how to cook real food since I was like seven and everyone else I know can cook aswell. Meh, it's probably cause I live in Canada.

No ONE cooks here and I mean no one or the miserably poor is all. The woman are all fat and don't cook and most never owned a dress much less wear one so I need to move to another country with real woman.

I go into an executive office and wait to go to lunch with the boss. The receptionist is about 20 years old and is talking in front of me on the phone to her husband or what-ever, saying she was going to cook short ribs of beef tonight with glazed sweet potatoes and french cut green beans with three-berry pie for dessert.

I wait until she's done and said so honestly and with admiration..."Wow..I'm so impressed that you can cook like that as hardly anyone has that skill set today."

She looks at me and smiles as she tells me how easy it is to cook........ because all you do is place the plastic bags in boiling water!! Come to find out they were having "Stouffers" prepared meals just like the old T.V. dinners were and there wasn't one bit of cooking skill in her. I couldn't begin to tell her that this wasn't cooking at all.

Your a good one for sure.

That's.. Disgusting. I'm only thirteen and I cook REAL meals for my family 4 days a week. (I have to admit that that's all my father can cook though)

I think or wonderful to do things that not many can do. I hope the folks know that what you do is very important to support the family and make a big deal of eating not even a concern for them anymore. If I knew I had a good meal everyday waiting for me without struggling to pick it up or cook it myself, it would change my life.

Looks great. I've been making my own bread for awhile. Been using no knead method.
