It's been a while! but, to the point: I established a Submission limit of 1 per week for Members, and 1 per day for Contributors! That's because there is too much input to handle, and too much overload in watcher's inboxes. I hope you understand; and rest assured, DA's system automatically tells you when you are over the limit, so you don't have to worry about when the week is over, and such
