Hey Joshua! I'm glad you like the art! And I organize this themed model drawing session myself, so I'm very happy that it sparks some thoughts. The model had the freedom to choose her own poses (based on just a few pointers & a timeframe) and she totally went for it She even invited our costumed model to join, and I also thought it gave interesting results. The session was also meant to inspire and not only as an anatomy lesson, and reading your feedback I guess that worked Thanks for taking the time to write something down!
Thank you nycjune15 for taking time to support me in my quest to improve!
I agree with you feedback 100%!
My hands (and feet) are my weakpoint; by now I can draw decent poses in little time, but I still do lack the skill to integrate the hand and feet in the drawing in way they fit in (that's without making them overly detailed). I need more practice
The sketchy lines is something I like to draw, and it helps to give the images depth when they are still just pencil drawings. But I do see that the amout of sketchy lines occasionally get out of hand. Again, I need more practice to find the right balance!
And I wish I could draw these girls with a single fluent line...but I doubt I ever can. Still, that would be something to always aim for.
Thanks again for your feedback and support, I appriciate it a lot!
Hey thanks a lot! There are some good tips in your reply!
But some we tried, such as the health with numbers. that didn't work to good since some players 9often fighters) have hp that go of the charts -litterally And one marker is for the DM his monsters, which often have lots of HP too.
The character overlay is a good idea, although it would need a seperately attached since each battle, since the initiative will be linked to a different players all the time.
