Yes! THIS, this is inspired artwork. The 3D lines around the edge of the rubber tire, are excellent precision, while the overall image feels very relaxed and natural. Very "Desert Punk" anime, or Trigun. Could you make an image of 5 of these vehicles, each a little different, sitting around a cracked parkinglot? With the drivers sitting around drinking.

So... How does the driver get back up to the cabin? :o (Eek)

It's stabilized by gyroscopes, making the wheels being able to turn in relation to the vehicle. The cabin sits in a socket that can turn around it's axle. Simply power your gyroscopes to be forcing the vehicle in relation to the wheels down and you can see the steps will match up on the design :), maybe I should've added some more illustrations to fully show it's functionality (you weren't the only one having questions :D). Besides that it's set in the future, so hopefully I wouldn't need two motors powering and the gyroscope, and the wheels.

So basically, the side-plate can rotate independently of the tire even when the vehicle is stationary,
and the cabin can rotate independently from the side-plate? So the cabin can be lowered and raised at will?
Am I understanding correctly? If so, pretty neat. Honestly, I was expecting some folding ladder stored
beneath the door. And yeah, a diagram showing how this works could be useful.

I'll be honest here: I don't think this whole vehicle is in any way a practical design. I wouldn't be able
to suspend my disbelief in anybody using something like this. Not in any setting more grounded in realism
than Star Wars or similar, at least, and maybe not even then.
Which is not to say that I think it's bad. Just not really to my taste.

Still, this is a good looking piece of art! And it's great that you've obviously put some thought into
the design and it's workings beyond just making it look cool.

Haha I know right! Design-wise it's really impractical, four wheels best way to go :). The wheels are free from the body. The body is held in a certain angle by gyroscopes while the cockpit can rotate. If you turn off the gyroscopes for instance and rev the wheels, the body will start spinning and the cockpit would rotate automatically into a horizontal position. Silly idea, but I like the way it looked :)
