Zangief - Haggar from Final Fight

Fully customizable. Have two colors and proper Pandora mode.

I ported this mod to complete the Final Fight good guys cast in SFxT (the game already have Cody and Guy).

Known Issues:
1. The hairs on the body and hands are not customizable. I tried to make them, but it is too hard for me to select those little hairs in Photoshop.
2. When in Pandora mode, Haggar looked like he has a beard (in normal mode, he is fine). I don't know what the cause.
