The Longest Night

Another holiday card, this one possibly destined for a friend instead of the Holiday Cards project. I haven't decided which ones get sent where yet but all my friends know my handle anyway, so putting my email into the card is about the same either way. This one's more about the solstice. The longest night... The merriest dawn...

And I had fun using black and white together on the Canson paper. I was seeing this from the point I looked at the Canson paper, a night scene in winter. It's had several coats of Krylon workable fixative so it hopefully won't arrive as grey mush to whoever gets it.
