Gemstone

This was another one of those designs that had been rolling around in my head for a while that I never got an opportunity to put down, so I thought here would be a good place. I had a few elements in place- such as the cowl, the design of his gem, and the a few of the aesthetics like the jewel inspired chest piece and arm decorations, but I needed to flesh it out a bit more. I gavehim flared shoulderpads, no belt, and higher boots in another attempt to evoke that classic late 60's/early 70's style visual from Marvel comics.

For his backstory, I saw him as a blind man who was given a mystic crystal that would allow him to see, but also granted him the ability of fligth as well as fire blasts of conssive energy, freezing cold, or intense heat.
