Doctor Who--The Female Doctor.
Using Rebecca Hall as the inspiration of the art, I am currently using this character in many fan fiction stories I've done. Many of the stories have gothic themes very akin to the old Tom Baker stories during his tenure. I like this picture because she looks very doctorish in it.
