- Childhood friend of Stardust Spectrum
- Rosabelle, in secret, has a heart-connection with Stardust before since she met her at school during her
- She moved to the Crystal Empire for university studying but decided to stay as soon as she realizes that she had forgotten about Stardust
- As Stardust was about to take the throne of the Crystal Empire after the passing of her cousin, Flurry Heart, Rosabelle saw Stardust and convince her that she can do it, by telling her the story of her childhood life with her.
