Octopus Hoodie (Glow in the Dark)

So originally I had thought of having Roseate wear a cat hoodie, than I remembered that I had already made her wear a cat suit. Thus I thought it might be interesting to give her an Octopus hoodie, which after looking it up online had some interesting results (there is actually some pretty creative octopus themed clothing out there). Then after I made then image, I felt that it still needed some patterns to make the outfit look more interesting.

I used the purple blocky background I created a few illustrations back, though I have to confess that I'm starting to grow tired of it.
