Ronald Anthony L. Alcorano

Visual and Digital Artist, Animator, and Textbook Illustrator

Ronald Anthony Leano Alcorano (yours truly, writing as a third person) is a contemporary digital and traditional multimedia artist with AUTISM and an emphasis of drawing and painting who lives Cavite, Philippines. He is born in 27th day of May, 2000 in Philippines. He is a Filipino. He is a Christian but not a Catholic. He is only relying on the Bible rather than different denominations of Christianity.

Ronald has a lot of skills in visual arts. He is just self-taught. He has an emphasis in drawing and painting. And also, an emphasis in both traditional and digital arts. He started drawing when he was 5 years old. He was influenced by paintings he saw in frames, galleries, encyclopaedias and more books. He was also influenced by cartoons he still watching. He usually draws himself and his friends. He also draws landscapes, sceneries, allegorical arts and nudes. His subject was usually tweens. He also studied animation in University of Perpetual Help and soon to have a National Certificate. He started DeviantArt in 2014 but quite inactive due to school. But he is now on hiatus on making his own cartoon style and being an active artist once again in 2019. Aside from drawing and painting, he also has experience in sculpture. He also has a talent in singing. His taste of music is depending on the seasons of the year. But he always listens to Classical music, hymns, Children’s music, love music, ambient music, pop music, and disco music.

Ronald also has a personality of a mediator. He is introvert but still wants to get along with his friends. He is also being aggressive and easily gets mad and stress. But despite of this, he also has a lot of feelings and emotions. He is sensitive in terms of emotions. He rarely smiles in his photos and portraits. But he smiles, weeps, gets mad and more. He is also childlike and somewhat naïve. He is also kind and good. He is also intelligent. He believes that work/study and play/leisure must be balanced even though he is more prone to leisure time. He is also a procrastinator sometimes.

Ronald also planned to be an animator, storyboard artist, visual artist, and textbook illustrator with a part time freelance job. He also wants to build his future art commission business in DeviantArt. He also planned to settle in United Kingdom and meet his Deviant Friends in person. He also plans to confront and compete with his rivals in the hope that he could reconcile with them.

I find myself once again embroiled in a heated debate with my father about my responsibilities around the house. Today, I am ranting about the laundry, specifically my lack of involvement in it. My father is reprimanding me for not helping out, but I have my reasons. So I have a simple question, one that seemed innocent enough at the time. "Why do we do the laundry on Thursdays?" I asked, my curiosity piqued by the seemingly arbitrary choice of laundry day. Little did I know that this question would set off a chain of events that would lead to heated arguments and hurt feelings. You see, Thursdays are the days when my mum, who usually handles the laundry, has a shift at her remote job. It seems counterintuitive to me – why do the laundry on a day when she's already juggling work commitments? Perhaps there is a reason behind the choice of Thursdays that I am not aware of, but for now, it remains a mystery to me. The laundry schedule may seem insignificant in the grand scheme of things

It seems like every time I step into the house, I'm greeted with the same overbearing atmosphere, filled with tension and a sharpness that's hard to ignore. This, of course, comes from my mum, whose aggressive stance on cleanliness has become a source of constant frustration. Let me be clear, I'm not here to bad-mouth my mum or paint her as some sort of villain. No, this is more of a therapeutic rant, a formal airing of grievances, if you will. I'm just sick of her aggressiveness, especially when it comes to how she keeps the house. You see, my mum has an almost fanatical devotion to cleanliness. Everything has to be in its place, not a speck of dust or a stray crumb in sight. It sounds admirable, and to some extent, it is. But living with someone who demands absolute perfection can be suffocating. One little mistake, one tiny oversight, and she's off, frustrated and angry. It's as if the world is ending because there’s a fingerprint on the fridge door or a smudge on the mirror. It's

For the past few months, I have been diligently working on establishing a new night-time routine. Every evening, as I wait for my tea supper, I find myself nodding off, unable to keep my eyes open. It is already dark outside, and I make sure to go to bed early, having my tea at 7 pm so that I can fall asleep by 8 pm. At first glance, this may seem like a small change, but it holds great significance for me. You see, I am on the cusp of adulthood, and I need to prepare myself for the responsibilities that come with it. Soon, I will be standing on my own two feet, and I must get accustomed to waking up early, just as I will need to do when I secure employment after graduation. My mother has taken notice of my new habit and has expressed her concerns. During our recent supper, she gently reprimanded me for going to bed too early. "You need to adjust," she said. But I respectfully disagreed, explaining that I didn't want to risk disturbing the delicate balance I had worked so hard to
