As usual, your work IS in a class of its own. In your own words ...your fuckin good at what you do - nude art. (so true)

[Using Critique RFQ eval criteria]

5 - Vision – works for me. well balanced selection of images, combined to produce an outstanding artwork.

5 - Originality – it a familiar method, and theme, and model, but still appears fresh to a regular of your work.

4 - Technique – the bar is always high for your work. you make it look so easy. four only because its not different, not that anything was wrong.

5 - Impact – when i viewed the deviation, i had to see it in full. Ive seen many images, with your work, and mel as model, this both different, and yet captures her perfectly. The use of other images to photo montage, created something wonderful.

5 - Deviousness – its just bloody freakin great art.

As always, TY for sharing this image with us.

Im a little confused by this image. On one hand it is still a beautiful model and technically great, but the vision has me thinking, which i like, but on the other hand confusing.

The image evokes mermaid like aesthetic, with water weightlessness, wisps of hair flowing about her as if in the water, but that's what i like about it.

interesting lighting from behind, again re-enforces a water effect as the sun shines through the water, but then it loses it for me on the face and breasts, which becomes the focus, leaving me wondering if it would work work better if cropped differently or the botttom half in black had texture.

Wonderfull image, full of humour and beauty.

The image is interesting, love the splash of colour, with red shoes and red hear, and a lovery model.

To me the images still looks flat dispite good use of available lighting and lots of shadows. Im not sure why it didnt pop for me, perhaps it would look better in larger size. or from different angles. If you could let me know what any others in this series looked like?

Nothing specific stands out wrong, im confused, it has all the elements i would love, but im not over-amazed, considering your one of my favs, consistantly producing amazing images.

Love the sign, little contrived, but it really added to this image.

TY for sharing.

The fact that even after a commercial shoot, you and L, produced such a stunning image, just reinforces the talent you both possess.

Im particularly enamored with the lighting, the mood it creates, the reflections on plastic. The death-from-above view gives it an out-of-bodyish look, to add impact.

Techniquely stunning, a master at work. Someone we can all look and learn from.

Originality, couldn't give it all 5's. It reminds me of a an american documentary photographer that went around the recession hit states, photographing abandoned/disheveled homes.

The main reason i didnt give it all fives, after writing the crit, was im emotionally detached from the image.

This piece is interesting & a little bit confusing. I like it very much but not really sure why. The weird lighting and colouring makes me confused whether its a photo or photorealistic painting. For me its surreal, and alluring.

Your model has a happy and interesting face, but it wasn't what captured my attention. The hand positions are different from standard poses, which i like.

Technically i am not sure that the lighting was planned of one of those lucky shots

But overall i liked your image, and the vision. It keept me absorbed, questioning and i enjoyed the picture
