It’s been a bit too long since I’ve had anything “noteworthy” to post here but today that’s changing. Also there’s an update or two ahead.
· A few of you have been asking when I’ll post more of “The Storm’s Great Darkness.” I appreciate the interest but unfortunately my answer is: no time soon. Honestly, I’ve gone through back chapters of “Titanic’s Forgotten Sister” and its sequel, “Life After the Great War” and there’s a lot I’m unsatisfied with, and a lot that points towards a time in my life I want to fully forget. Someday, for anything future to make decent sense, it has to all be rewritten. Or at least parts of it need to be. Doing that is nowhere on my radar of things to do because I’ve honestly run out of steam to progress what I already have. While the story is fictitious in many ways there’s still a portion of history I want to adhere to (Cunard’s merger with White Star; Olympic’s slated scrapping; the Great Depression and Second World War) that make it very tedious to keep on with. This sometimes overrules the fun and right now it’s where I don’t have inclinations to continue, especially given I don’t know how long it’s going to be till there’s any satisfying ending. To those who’ve read this story, I apologize.
· “No One Can Love a Killer” has no future plans also. Again, there are things in this I no longer like and while it could be better later, right now I just am not interested in pursuing it. First of all, there are parts of it that don’t even make logical sense and it’s a ball of knots not pressing for me to untangle right now. Especially when it would later mirror a story I’ve already written – and finished – on fanfiction.net (“For the Love of a Racer”) that I am far more proud of in its wholly finished feel.
This brings us to the new news! For those interested ( SchuylerPierce I’m looking at you…) I will be posting a new story – one that I’ve gone over the finished chapters already and am sure of. I started to post it on fanfiction.net but my public wifi source blocked the website so, that’s all out the window! Those of you already familiar with “For the Love of a Racer” (such as yamihoole) will know what to expect with “Aurora, Remembered.” It’ll be funny, it’ll be sad and it’s got truth I try to intertwine in ways I hope a reader can come away with in appreciation. My writing methods have also improved a lot, I feel, compared to past efforts. This story consists of solely car characters, all OCs though, ones you’ve seen me post illustrations of here already.
A little synopsis for the potentially interested…
Aurora, Colorado in the 1940s is a place alike to any other city or town or tiny hamlet in the world. There are happy lives and hard ones, plenty of love and plenty of loss. Christine Winter, a 1939 Ford Deluxe, comes from a hard childhood that’ll be explained in the story. She inadvertently comes to love a man she was put on a blind-date with. Throughout thick and thin she’s held up by the support of a friend I imagine most every woman wishes she had. It sounds like a fairy tale fantasy but the going gets rough soon enough. Don’t hope for it too soon! A warning for readers: this story is going to be a lot tougher than anything I’ve written. There’s going to be harsh language, there will be sexual situations and there will be the unplanned paths of addictions. While aspects of them will make sense later, just keep in mind they will come for their own reasons. These chapters will be put under a filter so you will be warned. Please do not read if you are sensitive and do not report needlessly. I’m keeping details within rules and regulations. One of the biggest factors in this story: Perfection is devastating to apply for and impossible to keep.

Hello everyone! I take my username from the RMS Olympic, sister to the famous Titanic. I've loved these ships since I was ten and I doubt I'll ever stop.
My other top interests are classic cars and car shows. I go to them whenever they are held in my town, even though it's not often often! Here I've been fortunate enough to see some of my favorite autos I never dreamed I'd see in person, such as a '53 Hudson Hornet and another from '51. I plan on joining the car club some day, too. 😊
I'm a huge fan of Cars and am entrenched in the fandom for life. My number one favorite character is the Fabulous Hudson Hornet, but my gallery and faves probably prove that without being told! I also draw my own Cars-themed OCs but they are only in a story on fanfiction.net. Look there for my story, "For the Love of a Racer."
Okay, so my icon doesn't really match my page (nor does my username), but I like keeping some things the same because that still does reflect my interests. Because cars are what I'm around all the time though, they've take the "front seat" so to say!
Some of my car OCs
🔹 Harlan Beaumont - 1939 Cadillac Master Deluxe
🔹 Christine Beaumont - 1940 Ford Deluxe
🔹 Charles Eldorado - 1938 Cadillac Fleetwood Series 75
🔹 Ginger Hestwood - 1936 Pierce Arrow Coupe
