Cheddar Garlic Beer Bread

3 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Salt
3 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2-6 Teaspoons minced Garlic
12 oz Beer
10 oz Sharp Cheddar
1 Tablespoon Butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, add Flour, Salt, Baking Powder, 8 oz of cheese, the Garlic and Beer.

Mix until a dough forms.  It will be sticky.

Grease four mini-loaf pans.  Split dough among pans.

Melt butter.  Brush melted butter on top of dough in pans.  Sprinkle remaining cheese atop dough.

Bake for ~30 minutes.

To customize flavor, adjust the amount of garlic, type of cheese and the beer used.  Each will impact the final form of the bread.
