I admit, I've never watched much Korra. What I did see of it was great though. It was easily the best show in Nickelodeon, then they made it online only for some reason. It probably had to do with the way Korrasami is canon

Oh my God, it definitely is the best show Nickelodeon had. It's a shame that they could care less if it aired on television or not, particularly if it had to do with Korrasami.

I've been working a lot on anatomy recently. Yeah I want to watch the full series sometime, along with the first one. From what I've seen it's really good, and the way how there is a canon relationship between two bisexual women that becomes endgame really impresses me. You see that so rarely, especially in cartoons.
I don't understand how people can say that new cartoons are terrible. If they say that they clearly haven't actually sat down and watched them.

I would suggest watching TLA first. There are a bunch of references in Korra that you couldn't understand w/o seeing the first series. & I couldn't agree more. This is a HUGE step for cartoons. I was very satisfied with how they ended Korra, relationship-wise anyway.
Also, whoever thinks newer cartoons are terrible, they are trash haha. It kills me how some of the best cartoons get very little attention. Meanwhile, Spongebob's been on air for over a decade.
