I made a guide for Boosty, I made a guide for Hipolink, now I have to make a new guide for Lava.top.

I'm not happy to make yet another account on yet another payment site, but Hipolink's having "technical issues" with PayPal for a month now, so...

Boosty and Hipolink still accept payments via bank cards (and PayPal virtual cards work too!), but a lot of people prefer paying via PayPal, so here's Lava.top!

1. What is Lava.top

Lava Top is an analogue of Hipolink, where you can pay via PayPal!

- you do not need to register there (you'll only need an email)

- the payment scheme is similar to Hipolink (you buy a payment post)

2. How to pay on Lava.top

Short version -

Use the link I'll send, choose the price matching your adopt/commission, write your e-mail, choose PayPal and send the payment!

Step-by-step version -

I made several posts with different prices. I'll send you a link and you'll need to choose the post matching your adopt/commission's price!

It's hard to keep posts for all possible prices, but I'll make separate posts with custom prices when needed.

When you get a link and find the price you need, click the Buy button, select USD, enter your e-mail and pay via PayPal!

The transaction may take some time, so don't worry. Contact me via Notes or Chat here and I'll send you the png of your adopt (or start doing your commission in case you were paying for one).

I found that DA is changing fragments to gems - https://www.deviantartsupport.com/kb/en/article/changes-to-fragments-and-new-badge-system

I personally think it's rather unfair, because gems from the previous week will expire. For example, I'll get 50 gems every week (as a core member) while Hype badges cost 100 gems and Diamond badges cost 300 gems. So I just won't be able to get any of them, because gems will expire in the end of the week and I can't save the amount I need. Big thanks, DA!

But well, it's not the point. Fragments which we currently have will also expire. So while I can still use them, I can give you Diamond or Hype badges!

Diamonds will give you 1 month of Core membership (if you don't have it) and Hypes will hype your art.

So, comment below if you'd like to get a badge. Please, write which one you'd prefer - Diamond or Hype (for Hype please give a link to the art you want to promote). My existing watchers will have priority, but I can give badges for non-watchers too (no AI artists, sorry!).

Please, only comment if you need a badge! I mean if you already have core, do not ask for a Diamond badge!

Important information - at the moment Boosty and Hipolink only accept payments via bank cards!

1. What is Hipolink

It belongs to the same company as Boosty (MY.GAMES B.V / CEBS B.V - you can see these names in the receipts). So, Hipolink is a kind of a backup site - and it had PayPal payment, but at the moment PayPal is not avalable.

2. How to pay on Hipolink

Short version -

Use the link I'll send, choose USD, choose PayPal, enter your e-mail, get a code, enter it and you'll go to the payment page.

Step-by-step version -

First of all, I'll create a single-pay post. The price will be already set, you won't need to enter it yourself.

Then I'll send you a direct link to this post and you'll see a page like this:

I've added a cover image with my logo here, but in fact it's not necessary.

The adopt/commission png will be attached to the post (as you can see in this sample post -  "art.png" on the right).

So, you click on Payment button and you'll see this page:

Select USD, PayPal option, enter your e-mail and check your post for the code - this code will allow you to proceed to the payment page.

That's it!

You'll be able to download the file after you've paid, but in case of any troubles, I can send you the image here on DA.

3. Possible problems

If you get an error, please contact me! Please don't try to send the money again, because you can accidentally pay twice!

Contact me and I'll check my account, perhaps the payment has come. If not, please send me a screenshot of the error and I'll try to ask their support team what happened.
