-Was born in a life of poverty, his father wanted to buy him off to a nobleman.

-He was forced to become the nobleman’s personal consort.

-He later found out the nobleman was a vampire.

-One night Xue angered the nobleman enough for him to attack, and bit the snow fox, transforming him into a vampire.

-Because newborn vampires are stronger than normal ones, Xue was able to overpower the other and got rid of him.

-Due to this, he took over and is now a nobleman. 

-Later on, he got rid of his father as well. He didn’t harm his mother, she always cared about her son.

-He turned her into a vampire years later because he was afraid of her growing old and passing away. 

-Xue is… nervous around other men and can be difficult to get along with.
