Eva - Glass Contest (Villan)

Eva- a girl with unnatural power of controling a blood circulation in other humans and capable of torturing them, harming and hardening her own into unbreakable glass material.

Living in the world where 0.03% of population is born with abnormal chemical within their blood called Feratz. Only 1/3 of this population is gifted with extraordinary ability of controling other people blood circulation within their body by touch. Most of these people are being recruited by goverment to high standard hospitals or army to help patients in need like during surgery or accidents. By touch they can slow down, speed up, or stop circulation. 
Past:
Eva was born  as Ila in a small family in a suborbs of calm town. Having a loving mother and caring father with no siblings, she was experiencing since a young age a lot of health problems like faintings, anemia and underweight to unknown reason. Often having to skip childhood activities due to her state. After her health condition showed no improvement her parents continued examination of her body to find a cause in new clintic. It was found that her body contains abnormaly high amout of Fertz. Over 607% more than usual person. Overload of that chemical was a gift and a curse. It was killing her slowly as such a fragile young body couldn't take it. With a heavy heart parents made a decision to give in to goverment's offer of transfering Ila to secured hospital to give her a chance of living never to see her again. For 12 years she has been examinated and tested. Not just for a cause of her survival but for a sake of secret project of creating a being capable of such a blood manipulation that it can be turned into a weapon. With other cases of people there who also showed uncommon amount of Feratz they were being exposed to a test of connecting the Feratz in their bodies with a special lab made chemical which hardens any liquid it gets a contact with. Only Ila survived, living other test subjects to brutal death. Project suceeded. Projected named EVA. Ila was capable of controling other people's blood circulation to such a extent she could physicly torture them and learned to control her own blood outside of her body by releasing it and hardening it to a small weapon in need. During one test accident occured and the facility burnt down to ashes yet Ila survived somehow. With broken mind and hardened spirit she seeks revange on those who hurt her and changed her name to the project she was put in to - EVA.
