Note: Originally written in December 26, 2022 I watched the chapter 3 of Make Your Mark. It took me a while to watch it because I was busy. That said, this is gonna be short because, while I think chapter 3 is better and more focused than 2, I don’t have much to say about it. The premise is that Sunny wants to celebrate Winter Wishday with her friends. However, they have their plans to celebrate it too. Sunny wants to see some shooting stars, Izzy wants to visit her unicorn friends, Hitch wants to spend some time with his grandma and Zipp and Pipp have things to do in their city. In a convinient timing, Zipp reveals she built something with Izzy, and that’s a plane. While it doesn’t look perfect, Sunny’s magic lantern improves the vehicle, and she has the idea of trying to do all these tasks in one day before the shooting stars. Everyone agree and they spend some time with the ponies they love. Unfortunately, some blizzard gets in the way to make things worse. Can Sunny and her

If you can pick Harry Potter and discard all the elements that makes it tedious (like the huge amount of films, the amount of characters, the amount of spells, the name of the spells and JK Rowlling’s tweets), simplify the formula and make it colorful, you can probably get something like The Owl House. And it’s kinda funny because, under normal circumstances, I should have dropped that show way earlier. This has so many things I despise in a story. A heavy focus on medieval fantasy, a heavy focus on magic spells, the isekai formula I DESPISE, the power fantasy, geeky side characters, witches, pointy ears, teens, phones and social networks in that fantasy world, etc. This is stuff I usually can’t stand. That said, the first thing you see in the first minute of this show is a flashback where the main character has to play a role in Romeo and Juliet, and, to make her character’s death more realistic, she ripped her outfit for some sausages to come out that represents her intestines.

Hi! Sorry that I've been inactive. Last couple of weeks was crazy and didn't let me enough space to keep making fanart.
