It's a day late. Sorry! 
I don't know much about Pokemon, but in celebration of your Pokegirl project (and your Birthday, of course) I thought I'd try out something different.
I don't know if Pikachu wag their tails or not, but this one can. I guess she's more like a puppy than a Pikachu... I call artistic license . ^_^
