Personality:
Cynical, Stoic, Stern as Hell - Those Words describe Ankha the Best.

However, beneath that Shell of Cynicism lies a very broken soul, shattered by many bad days and deeming herself cursed.

She grew up as the next Queen of the Hidden Desert Kingdom, but got disowned and tortured when her father found out she was a bastard.
With the help of her late Mother, she managed to escape.
After almost dying of dehydration in the Desert, she got rescued by soldiers. They basically adopted her and raised her.
She even joined their ranks some years later!

Though, this didn´t last.

In a event of bleak surprise, she lost all of them during an Terrorist ambush. She was the only survivor.
To this day, she still suffers PTSD from this.

Her employment at D.E.L.T.A. started with 30, quickly climbing the Ranks until she became Supreme Commander. Her getting trained and tutored by the Head Chef himself
(who became another Father-figure to her) helped a bit in it. There, she actually found love and affection in Kata (who, coincidently, is the Sister of Axel),
quickly gaining a reputation as THE power couple in the Organisation.

As Fate would want it, Tragedy struck again. This time, however, in form of the Escador Incident, leaving Kata comatose, resulting in a fallout between her and Axel,
and leaving her heart-broken.
This was also the Day she wanted to propose to her.

Despite seeing herself as "broken", she preserved her sense of Justice and empathy for others, never treating them unjust or horrible.

The grudge she holds for Axel can´t even be described as a grudge, more like a way to cope with the pain of dealing with the loss of her Lover Kata.
This toxic and self-destructive way of coping later gets called out by her former disciple.
Feeling she betrayed the ideals of D.E.L.T.A., she tried to resign her position and turn herself in. This also gets called out by Axel.
From there on, their relationship began to heal and she began to cope with her pain much better.

Usually the most stoic of the Riders, she has her moments of hilarity. That shows she isn´t above of slapstick or comedy.
She also gets flustered when Kata is mentioned and only has good things to tell about her (backed up by Axel, too!), still showing affection for her despite her current condition
(she, alongside Axel, still visit her in the Hospital).

Because she (mostly) grew up in a military Environment, she lives and works by strict, self-imposed, rules, something that is reflected in her fighting style.
She did, however, teach Axel all his tricks and techniques and uses a similar fighting Style like him, but also with the mentioned military precision mixed in it.


Before a battle, she proclaims this line:"Time to count up my and atone for them!".
